Hello! My name is Sara, and I am a Learning and Reading Specialist. I hold a Master’s degree from Brown University and am a certified Wilson® Dyslexia Therapist, with certification in the Wilson Reading System® and extensive training in structured literacy and evidence-based literacy intervention.

I have experience teaching in both general education and special education settings, which has given me a strong understanding of how to support students with a wide range of learning profiles and needs. This background allows me to thoughtfully tailor instruction to each student’s individual strengths while supporting areas that require additional development.

I am especially passionate about working with students with dyslexia and students on the autism spectrum. In my work, I use structured, evidence-based approaches to help students build strong foundational literacy skills while also fostering confidence, independence, and engagement in learning. My goal is always to create a supportive and responsive learning environment where students feel understood, capable, and motivated to grow.
