Pashence
Learning & Reading Specialist
MA SPED
Hello! I’m Pashence. I am a special education professional with extensive experience supporting students across a wide range of learning profiles. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis.
I have worked in diverse educational settings and partnered closely with schools to support students with diagnosed learning disabilities as well as English language learners. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and I am trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, which further strengthens my ability to provide structured, evidence-based literacy and learning support for students with dyslexia and reading difficulties.
I have experience working with students ages four to 13, and am especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse children. I believe every child benefits from an individualized, strengths-based approach, and I am committed to supporting the whole child– academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally– through thoughtful, personalized instruction.
