Melissa

Hi! I’m Melissa, and I am an Educational Therapist with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood & Adolescent Development and a Master’s in Educational Therapy from California State University of Northridge.

My role as an Educational Therapist has allowed me to work with children of all ages and neurodivergent learning profiles such as ADHD, dyslexia, processing disorders, and more. I love working one-on-one with a specialized learning plan that I create for each child based on his/her strengths/weaknesses in different skill sets and subject areas. My areas of expertise are: reading, writing, math,  Executive Functioning skills, and Spanish. I also communicate and collaborate effectively with parents, teachers and other allied professionals who may be working with each child in order to strengthen the whole profile of the learner.

I am passionate and committed to providing my expertise to benefit each child’s educational growth and social-emotional success in and out of the classroom environment.
